Used to love this place. Stopped going for a while when they advertised a prime rib as a plate but it wasnt. Now they got rid of the plates altogether and probably wont be back

Noooooooooo! What kind of monster puts thousand island on a bleu cheese burger?!?! I probably should have expected it, but it was still very annoying. It luckily was only in one side of the bun and was covered by lettuce so I could take off that side and eat the burger as an open-faced sammich. The burger was nicely cooked to medium. The regular fries are good, thick steak fries with a rough texture on the outside that catch the salt. Solid takeout spot that has some indoor cafeteria seating and a few outside tables. Good mix of food prepared fresh, so you can wait 20 minutes or so for it to be ready. Big fridges with a wide drink selection. They have prepped meals to cook at home.

Awesome spot to grab some food and a beer. Live in the area and come here often after work, reminds me of a NYC bodega. Staff is great, friendly, and remembers it’s regulars. Quality poke bowls???? …

Ordered sweet potato and got regular roasted potato and they were cold and not cooked well. Rice was slightly cold too. Chicken wasn’t too bad but service wasn’t great

The inside is aesthetically pleasing... yet, the set up is a Ft. Ruger rip-off . Be prepared to wait a while for your food. The cooks get pretty frazzled as more people start to order. After the long anticipated wait (pretty famished at this point), the whole plate was mediocre at best. The grilled meat was rather dry and the sides were forgettable. Biggest question from the experience: Is good kimchi supposed to be that yellow? (Check the pic) Glad I tried it. Never again.

Came in here for late lunch. It was perfect coz nobody is ordering or dining. It was an easy peasy one. Food is good but not the best. Chicken skewer is cooked good and meat is tender. It comes with rice, and a choice of two sides (mine was yakisoba & okra in sesame sauce). The lamb skewer was seasoned well & grilled to perfection. It is not chewy at all and had a great overall texture. Though the way they arrange their food on the closed glass is a bit ghetto, ummm…. Sometimes you need to be adventurous, you know what I mean? LoL. Recommended!

We came after having done the Lanikai pillbox hike and got the chicken kalbi combo and some salmon poke. The combo had moist chicken and perfectly cooked tender steak on top of rice with seaweed salad and Japanese potato salad as sides. The combo was about 20ish. The poke here was more expensive than other places we tried but we opted for the salmon as we had only seen tuna at other places. It was a bit too sesame oiled for us but the wasabi shoyu helped. Overall a quick little place to grab a bite to eat, would recommend!

My go to place for healthy food options and with variety made quickly! I feel I'm constantly haunted by fast food wherever I go and it can really be difficult to find a healthy meal made fresh and fast that isn't a salad. Habachi Grill has everything I could ever want and are an integral key to my diet went on the go or when I don't have enough time to make a meal myself. It really helps that they have such a great variety of side options, which are all vegetables and more.
